IBPS PO 2016 Notification Apply Online for Probationary Officers Posts

Ibps po 2016 : – Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has Issued Notice for Conducting Sixth Phase of Common Recruitment Process for probationary Officers / Management Trainees Posts in Government owned Banks in country.

PO/MT Recruitment Process will have Two Phase Online Examinations like fifth phase conducted in 2015-16.

There will be Two parts of Online Examination Preliminary and Mains.

Preliminary test will be of 1 Hour Minutes Duration and candidates shortlisted in the Preliminary test will later be called for Mains test to be of 2 Hours Duration.

Candidates shortlisted in Mains will later be called to participate in the Common Interviews.

Upon Completion of Common Interviews, a common merit will be made on the basis of Online test and Interviews. Candidates will then be allotted to any one of participating banks based on Candidates’ Preferences and Merit List.

Online Application for this Common PO/MT Recruitment Process shall be active between 26-07-2016 to 13-08-2016 (Both dates Inclusive).

  • Closing Date of Onlne Application and Online Payment of Fee : 13-08-2016
  • Get Call letter for Examination: October 2016
  • Preliminary Online Examination (Tentative dates) : Oct 16, 20, 23
  • Declaration of result of Preliminary examination : November 2016
  • Main Online Exam : 20-11-2016
  • Result of Mains Online Exam : December 2016
  • Call Letters for Interview : January 2017
  • Conduct of Common Interviews : January / February 2017
  • Provisional Allotment : April 2017

 

Exam Pattern:

  • The Online test will be in Two phases of Online objective tests – Preliminary and Mains. Preliminary test will be held on Oct 16, 20, 23.
  • Those clearing the Prelimnary test will be called for mains test to be held on Nov 20, 2016
  • Candidates shortlisted in both the Prelims and mains test will then be called for Common Interviews to be held in Jan – Feb 2017
  • Provisional allotments to any of the participating banks will be made in April 2016 based on preferences set by the candidates and Overall performance – Prelims test, Mains test and Interviews.

Application Fee:

Application Fee is Rs. 100 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs. 600 for others. Fee is to be paid Online By Credit / Debit Cards / Net Banking Through payment gateway at the time of Online application.
